EBay community members sold $60 billion worth of goods in 2008, according to eBay's corporate website, eBayinc.com. As the world's largest auction website, eBay has hundreds of features to help buyers and sellers learn more about eBay and use the auction marketplace more conveniently. One of these features is viewing recently ended items on eBay.
Instructions:
1) Go to eBay.com and sign in. You must be a registered eBay member to view recently ended items. If you do not have a username and password, register as an eBay member.
2) Locate the eBay search bar at the top of the page. Click "Advanced Search."
3) Enter your search term in the search text field. Choose options for your search from the drop-down menu. You can choose if you want search results with all search terms in any order, any search term, exact terms in any order or exact terms in the exact order.
4) Specify words to exclude from your search and choose a category you would like to search. This allows you to narrow your search and gives you more relevant search results.
5) Place a check next to "Completed Listings." This tells eBay to show only items that have recently ended. Click "Search" to run the search function and locate recently ended items that fit your search parameters.
Tips and Warnings:
Recently ended items are viewable for 15 days, according to eBay.com. If an item ended more than 15 days ago, it will not appear in the search results.
